Authorities of the State of Mexico announced that they ordered preventive detention against the influencer Rodolfo “Fofo” Márquez.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Mexico, “Fofo” is investigated for the crime of attempted feminicide against a woman in Naucalpan.
This after his initial hearing that occurred today in the Tlalnepantla courts.

On February 22, the influencer hit a woman in the Ciudad Brisas neighborhood in Naucalpan, where the victim was parking his truck in a shopping plaza and hit the mirror of an Audi brand truck with the side mirror of his vehicle.

It was not until April 4 that “Fofo” Márquez was arrested in joint action by the Edomex Prosecutor’s Office, the federal Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), through the National Antihomicide Commission (CONAHO) and the Naucalpan Municipal Police. who admitted him to the Tlalnepantla Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center.
