A mixed trend was recorded this morning in trading on world stock exchanges – gains in New York and the Far East as well as fairly sharp declines in Western Europe. Yesterday, New York closed with a 0.64% rise in the Dow Jones index, a 0.95% rise in the S&P 500 index, and the crack composite rose by 1.62.

In Western Europe bright red screens. London’s Potsey 100 fell 0.97%, Frankfurt’s Dex weakened 1.76%, Madrid’s Ibex lent 0.48%, and Paris’ Cuck 40 weakened 0.56%. This morning in the Far East there were such increases. Tokyo’s Nikki 225 is up 0.68%, Hong Kong’s Hong Kong is up 1.43%, and Shanghai’s SCE 300 is up 0.74%.
