Videos of Benedict Anto and another young woman were circulating on social media. He was transferred after this. But the young woman in the scene had no complaint. So the police did not file a case. However, a group of youths who came to his house the other day stole his laptop and mobile phone. On this complaint, the police arrested Austin Gino, a law student. Austin Gino’s mother, who came to meet the district police superintendent, showed that her son was innocent, and gave the police information about the priest along with evidence.
Benedict Anto regularly sent nasty messages to a young woman who was studying with Austen. Austin and his friends came to his house to question this. Austin and his team took away a laptop and a mobile phone when they learned that he had relationships with many women and threatened many by showing them videos. After this, the nursing student lodged a complaint with Nagercoil police. The woman’s complaint is that Benedict Anto molested her when she came to Chechipara for a doctor and circulated the private footage on social media. Benedict, who went on the run immediately after the investigation into the complaint, was arrested today.
