The Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, spoke tonight with the Austrian Chancellor, Karl Nahmer.
The Prime Minister wished the Chancellor great success on the occasion of taking office earlier this month.
Prime Minister Bennett thanked the Chancellor on behalf of the State of Israel for Austria’s support for Israel in the international arena. The two also exchanged impressions and insights regarding dealing with the corona virus and the omicron strain.
The two stated that they intend to continue to maintain close relations between the countries.
The Prime Minister invited the Chancellor to visit Israel, when the illness would allow it.
