Prime Minister congratulates champions who won various medals at Paralympic Games

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani congratulated, today, Sunday, the champions who won various medals in the Paralympic Games in Paris 2024

The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a statement received by the (INA), that “the Prime Minister congratulated the player Najla Imad for winning the gold medal in the table tennis event.”

He added, “Al-Sudani congratulated the players of the fencing team, Ammar Hadi, Zain Al-Abidin Ghailan, and Haider Ali, for winning the silver medal, as well as the players Jarrah Nassar, who won the bronze medal in the weight throw event, and Waldan Nizar for winning the bronze medal in the javelin throw event.”

The Prime Minister blessed “these achievements”, appreciating “the efforts of the training staff and the Paralympic Committee in achieving the great results that raised the name of Iraq in this international sporting event, and considered what the champion Najla Imad and the other champion players achieved an important sporting achievement that requires support and reinforcement in order to achieve more honorable results in other sports.”
