Prime Minister dedicates Bengaluru-Mysore Expressway to the nation; Also participated in the road show in Mandya

Bengaluru: Prime Minister attended a public rally in Mandya district. Bengaluru-Mysore Expressway dedicated to Nadu. The 118 km long highway has been developed at a cost of Rs 8,840 crore. The journey time between Bengaluru and Mysore will be reduced from three hours to 75 minutes.

The road will give impetus to socio-economic development in the region. Union Surface Transport Minister Nidin Gadkari said that with the Bengaluru-Mysore Expressway, the journey will be reduced to an hour.

After inaugurating the National Highway, the Prime Minister attended a public program and road show at Mandya. He will also inaugurate projects worth Rs 16,000 crore.
