New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 72nd birthday yesterday. Leaders including Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated him. Prime Minister participated in 4 important programs on his birthday.

On the occasion of his birthday, he released 8 leopards in the forest yesterday morning in Kuno National Park, Madhya Pradesh. In the afternoon participated in Women’s Self Help Group Conference held at Sheopur.

After returning to Delhi, the Prime Minister interacted with around 40 lakh students online on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti. He released the National Freight Policy yesterday evening.

BJP leadership celebrates Prime Minister’s birthday for 16 days. Coming Oct. BJP National President JP Natta has ordered various programs and welfare functions to be held till 2nd.

Greetings from Russian President Vladimir Putin

Prime Minister Modi met Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Shanghai conference held yesterday in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Then Putin said, “Friend Modi is celebrating his birthday tomorrow. According to Russian tradition we do not offer greetings in advance. I congratulate our friendly country India. I wish India prosperity under your leadership,” he said.

Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Devuba posted on Twitter yesterday, “Happy birthday to Prime Minister Modi. I wish him good health and long life. Lord Pashupatinath will protect you.”

In a post posted on Twitter by President Draupathi Murmu, “Happy birthday to Prime Minister Modi. Your work of building the country with hard work and innovative ideas should continue. The country should progress further under your leadership. I pray that God bless you with good health and long life.”

Tibetan Buddhist leader Dalai Lama tweeted, “Wishing Prime Minister Modi on his 72nd birthday. I pray that you live a long and healthy life. On behalf of the people of Tibet, I congratulate the Indian government for its generosity,” he said.

The Prime Minister unveiled the National Cargo Policy at a function held in Delhi last evening. While speaking, he said, “2.2 crore people have got employment through freight transport. Employment in this sector will increase. 40 air transport terminals will be established across the country. Speedy transportation of goods by road and sea will be ensured,” he said.

Earlier, Prime Minister Modi spoke to 40 lakh students online. He says, “Students should work on the principle of efficiency, reskilling and improvement. Keep improving your skills and innovate with the changing times,” he said.

8 leopards left in the wild

After about 70 years, 8 Cheetahs from Namibia were flown to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. From there they were taken by helicopter to Kuno-Balpur National Park. On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s 72nd birthday, he released the 8 leopards in the forest yesterday. These include 5 female leopards.
