Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar died of a heart attack on October 29 last year. The trailer of his Kannada Gudi movie, known as Appu by Kannada people, was released yesterday. The film explores wildlife, nature and celebrates Karnataka’s natural beauty and environmental protection.
Puneeth’s wife Ashwini posted on Twitter that the trailer of the film, which will hit the screens on October 28, has been released. Quoting this, Prime Minister Modi tweeted that Appu still lives in the hearts of millions across the world.
He was known to be a person of sharp intelligence, full of energy and possessed of unparalleled talent. Kandada Gudi, a dedication to Mother Nature and Karnataka’s natural beauty and environmental protection. I wish him all the best for this endeavor.
