Prime Minister Narendra Modi Aims for 50 Percent of Votes in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is setting his sights on a bigger victory in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections than in 2019. During the Bharatiya Janata Party’s national meeting in New Delhi on Friday, Narendra Modi, who is on his way to his third victory, suggested that the party should aim to secure 50 percent of the vote next year.

“The BJP should win 50 percent of the total votes next year,” stated Narendra Modi. In the previous assembly elections, the BJP secured 303 seats with 37.36 percent of the votes.

The Prime Minister emphasized that if the BJP manages to secure more than 50 percent of the votes, it can achieve a more decisive victory. Modi directed the party workers to take the government’s plans to the people and focus on four important areas – women, farmers, youth, and the poor.

Unlike the previous rulers, Modi’s government gives importance to welfare activities, as stated by the Prime Minister himself during the meeting. “Hunger is the biggest caste in this country,” he remarked.

Another suggestion given by the Prime Minister was to focus on real developments and not fall for the negative politics played by the opposition. He added that such politics do not deserve attention and should be vigorously defended. Modi also highlighted the importance of social media in attracting the youth, recommending innovative means like using Instagram reels for communication.

With these strategic targets in place, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is gearing up for an ambitious campaign in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, aiming to secure 50 percent of the votes and solidify the BJP’s position as the leading political force in India.
