Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben (99) passed away. It ended at 3:30 this morning. He was at UN Mehta Hospital in Ahmedabad. His son Prahlad Modi was near during his last days. Modi canceled the programs in Bengal and returned to Ahmedabad.
He was admitted to the hospital a few days ago. Modi used to visit his mother regularly.
The children are Soma, Amrit, Narendra Modi, Prahlad, Pankaj, and Vasanthi. Her husband is Damodardasmulchand Modi. Born on 18 June 1922 in Mehsana.
