The country’s women engineers are working to strengthen Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s hand to build a smart Bangladesh. Women engineers will be with the government to face any challenge in the future.’

On the occasion of International Women Engineers Day, the speakers said these things in the seminar titled ‘Role of Women Engineers in Building Smart Bangladesh’ organized by Women Engineers Chapter of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

IEB President and Bangladesh Awami League Science and Technology Affairs Secretary Engineer Md spoke as the chief guest in the seminar. Abdus Sabur MP. He said that women should come forward to empower women. Society can only cooperate. There is no alternative to empowering women in building Smart Bangladesh Under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, Smart Bangladesh will be formed by 2041, which will be an example in the world. The current government is determined to create women’s education and entrepreneurship.

IEB General Secretary Engineer SM Manjurul Haque Manju delivered the welcome speech. He said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has become an example in the world in empowering women. Women engineers will act as pioneers in building Smart Bangladesh. IEB will leverage 76 years of experience and creativity to support women engineers.

Engineer Naima Najneen Naj of IEB’s Women Engineers Chapter spoke under the chairmanship of IEB’s Vice President Engineer Md. Shahadat Hossain Shiblu, Engineer Md. Nuruzzaman, Engineer Khandaker Manzoor Morshed, Engineer Kazi Khairul Bashar etc.

Engineer Shahnaz Ferdowsi Bithi also spoke at the seminar – Engineer Supta Chakma, Engineer Haque Sultana, Engineer Ishrat Shabnam, Engineer Dr. Celia Nazneen, Engineer Sheikh Tajul Islam Tuhin along with the leaders of IEB Women’s Chapter.
