Today, Sunday, the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Youth Affairs, Qasim Al-Dhalmi, announced the size of loans and initiatives for youth, while indicating that the links for applying for youth loans will be closed to sort the names of applicants.
Al-Dhalimi told the (INA): “The Supreme Council for Youth has launched links for loans for youth entrepreneurial projects, which will be closed and then the names of applicants will be sorted according to criteria and then loans will be granted that start from 20 million to 100 million dinars,” indicating that “these loans are important to empower youth and integrate them into the labor market.”
He added, “The loan budget is according to the initiatives in the ministries to empower youth, as there is an initiative that reaches one trillion dinars, in addition to the Ministry of Labor initiative worth 500 billion dinars and the Riyada initiative worth 30 billion dinars,” noting that “these amounts are divided within the real pioneering initiatives for youth and that the youth has a pioneering project that can include outputs and enter the economic incubator to activate the capabilities of youth.”
He stated that “there are 1,000 loans distributed as follows: 500 to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the other 500 to the Riyada Initiative.”
