The eldest son of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia turns eight today – and Prince Alexander’s birthday photo is impressive.
Prince Alexander of Sweden celebrates his eighth birthday on April 19th. To mark the occasion, his parents Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia published a current picture of their son on Instagram. Numerous fans congratulated in the comments – and went into raptures when they looked at the photo.
In the photo, Prince Alexander is sitting on an armchair. He is wearing a white shirt. The top two buttons are open and the sleeves are rolled up a bit. The royal has pushed his chin-length hair behind his ears. His brown eyes look directly into the camera, a slight smile plays on his lips. “Today we celebrate our beloved Alexander, who turns eight,” reads the caption.
The social media recording is well received by royal fans. In the comments there are not only congratulations, but also numerous compliments. “Such a cute boy”, “You can already see that he’s becoming an attractive man” and “It’s crazy how photogenic he is” can be read under the post.
Recently, not every photo of Prince Alexander sparked so much enthusiasm. His parents, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, were criticized for their son’s hairstyle. The fact that her offspring has long hair caused ridicule online. “The hairstyle is ridiculous”, “Is that a girl or a boy?” or “You should cut his hair,” was written under the birthday photo from last year in which Alexander is wearing a braid.
