A birthday without mom!
Since Charlène von Monaco (43) traveled to Switzerland, it has been quiet around her. Prince Albert’s wife (63) is currently in a luxury clinic in Zurich to recover from the “physical and emotional exhaustion” of the past few weeks.
Now she’s even missing the seventh birthday of her twins Jacques and Gabriella.
On Instagram, Charlène congratulates her children, writes: “Happy birthday, my babies. Thank you God that I am blessed with such wonderful children. I am really blessed. In love, mom. “
She also shares photos of the kids’ celebrations, who were surprised on their birthday morning with a cake and a colorfully decorated room. But mom can’t replace hundreds of balloons and gifts on a day like this either.

No question about it: Albert and Charlène’s children are going through turbulent times. As soon as her mother had returned from South Africa two and a half weeks after a month-long illness, she was gone again!
The situation is so stressful that Albert even took the twins out of school and they are now being taught in the palace. The children only had their first day in a French private school at the beginning of September.
Albert’s sisters Caroline (64) and Stéphanie (56) are trying to be a kind of surrogate mom. A week ago on the national holiday in Monaco, Charlène’s daughter held onto Stéphanie during the national holiday ceremony. Irritating: With her short haircut, Stéphanie looks very similar to Charlène.
