Priner withdraws from potential stock offering By Reuters

SÃO PAULO (Reuters) – Priner (BVMF:) canceled the process that was underway to carry out a potential primary offering of shares, the company informed this Monday.

The cancellation is due to “recent volatility in the capital market”, Priner said in a relevant fact.

Priner announced in mid-September the hiring of Itaú BBA and XP (BVMF:) to coordinate a potential primary and, eventually, secondary offering of shares estimated at up to around 280 million reais.
