Kozhikode: A case has been filed against four people, including screenwriter SN Swamy, on the complaint of fraud of more than three crore rupees. The complaint is that he took the money and cheated by promising to arrange 50 crore rupees if the land was given as security. Kasaba police have registered a case on the complaint of producer Swargachitra Appachan (PP Abraham).
The complaint is against SN Swamy, TP Jayakrishnan, his wife Usha Jayakrishnan and Jithin Jayakrishnan, natives of Palakkad.
