To improve customer service, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) installed work tables with the National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores (ANTAD), as well as with Walmart Mexico.
In this regard, the consumer attorney, Ivan Escalanteannounced that one of the priority actions will be to denounce those who pose as verifiers, as well as public servants who try to take advantage of their positions and money from suppliers.
