Chinanu Onuaku’s dramatic winning shot
Professional basketball Wonju DB achieved a dramatic victory against Seoul Samsung.
DB won 80-79 in the 2024-2025 season KCC professional basketball away game against Samsung held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium at 7 p.m. on the 2nd.
With this win, DB continued its strong performance by recording 10 consecutive wins against Samsung.
In addition, they escaped their second consecutive away loss and finished in 6th place with 12 wins and 13 losses.
Samsung, which was particularly weak at home, was unable to overcome DB and fell into the swamp of ‘5 straight home losses’.
They maintained 9th place with 7 wins and 16 losses.
In DB, Lee Kwan-hee contributed to the team’s victory by scoring 21 points.
Chinanu Onuaku, who recorded the winning shot, also performed well with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.
