CHENNAI: Justice SM Subramanian has written a letter to the Chief Registrar of the ICourt, Chennai, requesting to collect professional tax from the employees of the ICourt.
He has said in the bite: Steps should be taken to collect business tax from the employees of the Chennai Court. He said that the government has lost Rs. 59.62 lakhs annually due to non-payment of business tax by iCourt employees.
