Prograd calls on those selected in the Pulsar Program to present required documentation

The Dean of Undergraduate Studies, of the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia (Prograd/Unilab), invites candidates selected as Junior Tutors of the Pulsar Program, to send to the email: [email protected], from 09/21/2023 until 11:59 pm on 09/24/2023, the following documentation scanned in PDF:

▪ Identification Form of the Junior Tutor completed and signed (form

▪ Term of Commitment Form Pulsar Program Tutoring form completed and signed (form available at email address / );

▪ RG or RNE;

▪    CPF;

▪ Proof of a current bank account (simple statement, copy of the card or account opening contract).

Prograd also reinforces that:

Documentation must be scanned into PDF and must be sent in a single file. Documents in formats other than PDF will not be accepted. The scan must be clear. Illegible documents will not be accepted. The Pulsar Program Tutoring Commitment and Junior Tutor Identification forms must be signed. Documents without signature will not be accepted. It is recommended that documents be signed, if possible, using GOV.BR’s Electronic Signature. Documents sent after the established deadline will not be accepted.
