The High Court has dismissed the petition filed by the Hindu People’s Party seeking permission for the Sanatana Hindu Dharma Eruchi Conference in Thoothukudi. Vasantakumar from Thoothukudi filed a petition in the Madurai branch of the High Court: April on behalf of the Hindu People’s Party in Thoothukudi. It is planned to hold Sanatana Hindu Dharma Uprising Conference on 1st and 2nd. The conference is scheduled to have a seminar on the first day, a rally and public meeting on the second day. Adhinas, sannyasis and spiritual elders participate in this. The police have petitioned to grant permission for the conference, but they have not yet granted permission. Therefore, the police should be directed to grant permission for the 2-day conference. This was stated in the petition. This petition came up for hearing in the presence of Judge Ilangovan.
In the reply filed by the police, Hindu People’s Party leader Arjun Sampath has been talking about opening the Sterlite plant. He has also submitted a petition to the governor for that. Sterlite plant opponents are displeased with Arjun Sampath. Due to this, law and order problem will arise if protests and conferences and rallies are allowed. The RSS rally has also been denied permission. Pro- and anti-Sterlite rallies were also not allowed. Based on that, it was stated that the petition of the petitioner has been rejected. The judge ordered to dismiss the petition after registering it.
