Kozhikode: Excise case against director Omar Lulu. The film was released in theaters today. The case is based on the complaint that the trailer of the movie showed the use and promotion of MDMA. Kozhikode Range Excise Inspector K. Sudhakaran filed a case against Omar Lulu.

Irshad starrer in the film has mostly new heroines lined up. Censor board has given A certificate to the film. Neena Madhu, Gayatri Shankar, Nora Johnson, Nandana Sahadeva and Suvaibatul Aslamiyya are the new faces in the female lead. Shalu Rahim, Shivaji Guruvayur, Jayaraj Varrier and others are also playing roles in the film.

After Happy Wedding, Chunks, Oru Adaar Love and Dhamaka, Omar’s next film is ‘Nalla Chaam’. Newcomer Kalantur is producing the film. The screenplay is written by Omar Lulu and debutant Chitra. Siddharth handles the camera and Rathin Radhakrishnan handles the editing.
