Propae publishes the 5th amendment to Paes, the preliminary results and the tutorial for the appeal phase of Notice 04/2023

The Dean of Affirmative and Student Policies (Propae) makes public Addendum No. 5 to Notice 04/2023/Propae, which regulates the procedures for requesting aid from the Student Assistance Program (Paes). Therefore, item 8.3.8 is amended, which becomes effective with the following wording:

8.3.8 – Appeal against rejection of the request: consists of requesting review or rectification of alleged mistakes that occurred during the Paes selection process. After publishing the preliminary result and the reason for rejection, rejected students who wish to appeal the preliminary result must present a written justification requesting re-evaluation of the request in the student assistance module, via Sigaa. Candidates will have 03 (three) business days to submit their appeal request, according to the dates established in the selection schedule.

Check the Preliminary Results of Notice 04/23 – Propae (Redenção/Acarape and Malês)

Propae communicates 04/2023 to students enrolled in the selection of the Student Assistance Program (Paes – Notice 04/2023), that the reasons for rejection are available for viewing in the student assistance module, via the Integrated Academic Activities System (Follow), according to the tutorial available on the Tips and Tutorials page.

Rejected students who wish to appeal the preliminary result must present a written justification requesting re-evaluation of the request, on 12/19 to 12/21, exclusively via Sigaa.

Under no circumstances will documentation that was not submitted at the time of registration be accepted during the appeal period (item 8.3.8.1, PAES Notice).

Students rejected for one of the following reasons below must submit a new registration in a later schedule to be published by COEST/PROPAE on
email address (www.unilab.edu.br):
– Did not attach any documents during the registration phase;

– Have attached incomplete documentation at the registration stage and at the information supplementation stage.

Finally, the committee made the Appeals Phase Tutorial available so that students can access the step-by-step guide to viewing the reason for rejection and the appeal request.
