He is also indicted for “possession of pornographic images of minors”.

Last September, three new complaints for “sexual abuse of minors” were added to the three previous ones filed in 2019 by former players of the Aviron Bayonnais football club for acts allegedly committed between 1998 and 1999. , when Éric Olhats was the youth coach of this team. The complainants were under the age of 15 at the time of the incident. The ex-recruiter formally disputes the facts of which he is accused.

Éric Olhats is known to have detected Antoine Griezmann in 2005, when he was a recruiter at Real Sociedad, a club from San Sebastian (Spain), and the young 14-year-old player had been rejected by the clubs’ training centers French because of a size considered too small. He was then the sports adviser to the French international. In 2020, the striker of the France team assured that he “hadn’t spoken for three years” to Éric Olhats.
