The Public Ministry opened a preliminary investigation against the Alas Peruanas University for having committed an alleged crime of resistance or disobedience to authority, to the detriment of the State.
The investigation was initiated by the statement issued by the study center in which it specified that it did not have information on the theses of the head of the Prosecutor’s Office in the digital repository.
The Public Ministry specified that “in order to carry out preliminary proceedings for the purposes of the corresponding case, it is necessary to open a preliminary investigation”, which will be in force for a period of 60 days.
In the published official letter, the provision is specified that dictates “to open an investigation in fiscal headquarters for a period of 60 days against the Universidad Alas Peruanas and those who are responsible, for the alleged commission of the crime against the Public Administration in the modality of resistance or disobedience to authority, to the detriment of the State – Court of Transparency and Access to Public Information”.
Allegedly fake master’s and doctorate
Patricia Benavides’ master’s and doctoral degrees are despicable, they are nothing more than cardboard due to the fact that they were delivered by the Alas Peruanas University, which was not licensed by Sunedu, and that they were obtained at the same time, although now the National Board of Justice (JNJ) mocks the public and defends Benavides saying that the JNJ has only taken into account the doctorate degree.
In other countries, master’s degrees are studied full-time; in Peru, people who work full time and dedicate only a surplus of time to master’s study master’s degrees.
One piece of information that suggests that Benavides’ master’s and doctoral studies are false is that both degrees were awarded on the same dates.
