jpnn.comBANDUNG – The Bandung City District Attorney’s Office (Kejari) searched the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) Office within the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) environment.

The search was carried out for approximately six hours, from 11.00 WIB – 17.30 WIB on Wednesday (10/7).

Head of the Bandung District Attorney’s Office (Kajari) Irfan Wibowo said that in addition to the ULP office, searches were also carried out at the homes of members of the Procurement Services Unit working group (pokja).

The search was carried out in relation to allegations of project arrangement for work auctions between the work group and auction participants, for a number of work projects or tenders.

However, Irfan has not explained in detail what tenders and which agencies are being investigated by them. He also confirmed that there are no suspects in this case.

“We conducted this search to clarify the case. We collected the evidence to complete the case file, including to find the suspects, who are they,” said Irfan in a press conference at the Bandung City Prosecutor’s Office, Jalan Jakarta.

In the same place, Head of Intelligence at the Bandung City District Attorney’s Office, Wawan Setiawan, added that from the temporary investigation, it is suspected that there was an arrangement in the auction of the 2024 budget year (TA) project carried out by the ULP Working Group.
