This very common disease can now be treated with embolization, an innovative technique that consists of depriving the prostate of blood to make it shrink.

This is a problem that affects half of men over 60: with age, the prostate naturally begins to grow. This disease, called “benign prostatic hyperplasia” or “prostatic adenoma”, is manifested by a very frequent, sudden and irrepressible need to urinate, especially at night.
