Protesters destroy SITT stations | Tijuana News

Tijuana, BC- The SITT stations that are outside the Tijuana Municipal Palace and Benito Juárez Library were destroyed, the same as the day before there were protected by the 24 City Council.

The protesters smashed the windows, felled the timbers to proceed to write with aerosols of different colors complaints against gender violence.

Some of the messages were “You abused me’, ‘Death to the male’, ‘Not one more’ and ‘Until the patriarchy falls.’

The march had directed towards the palace, which was guarded by a human fence of policewomen.

With kicks, punches, hammers and bats, the protesters celebrated the destruction of the stations, without any authority intervening.
