After divorcing singer-actor Tahsan Khan, Mithila moved in with Kolkata-based director Srijit Mukherjee. Srijit has also become a favorite of Tahsan-Mithila’s daughter Aira in a very short time. This has been revealed many times. Srijit said that he is proud of Tahsan-Mithila and Aira.

Tahsan married model-actress Rafiyath Rashid Mithila on 3 August 2006. On April 30, 2013, a daughter, Aira Tahrim Khan, was born to the couple.
Tahsan-Mithila was very popular as a pair with the audience. But the couple officially separated in 2017. After that, Tahsan never married again. But on December 6, 2019, Mithila tied the knot with Srijit.
