A meeting was held at the Cabinet Office, attended by Minister of Finance Khaled Al-Mabrouk, Minister of Social Affairs Wafaa Al-Kilani, Director of the Civil Status Authority Tariq Al-Thamen, Chairman of the General Authority for Information Abdul-Basit Al-Baour, the management of the wife and children grant project, and a number of department directors at the Ministry of Finance.
The meeting was devoted to “following up on the electronic link between the Ministries of Finance and Social Affairs, as well as between the Civil Status Authority and the Ministry of Social Affairs, to facilitate the implementation of the grant.”
The meeting also followed up on “the procedures for disbursing the third quarter to beneficiaries of the grant for children under the age of 18, and the grant for the wife and daughters over the age of 18, after completing the matching work by the Civil Status Authority and the Ministry of Finance, and disbursing it at the beginning of next week.”
During the meeting, it was agreed on “the necessity of preparing the monthly book settlement for the bank accounts of the Ministry of Social Affairs related to the grant account, and supporting the efforts of the Digital Transformation Committee at the Ministry, to provide easy services to beneficiaries.”
