In the rural commune of Tidili, like the other communes hit by the earthquake of September 8, several families have begun the operation of rebuilding their partially or totally destroyed homes, thanks to the financial assistance granted to this effect within the framework of the application of the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

“The housing reconstruction operation started in exemplary conditions after the families concerned obtained the reconstruction authorizations and the necessary financial aid,” said Hassan Koudadi, head of the Urban Planning and Environment division, on this occasion. at the prefecture of the province of Ouarzazate.

Post-earthquake reconstruction has begun in all municipalities affected by the earthquake at the provincial level, he indicated in a statement to MAP, assuring that local authorities and the competent commissions are sparing no effort to guarantee full success to this operation, by increasing the presence on the ground with a view to carrying out technical and topographical studies and providing residents with model architectural plans respecting the specificities of the region.

Mr. Koudadi further added that local authorities, in close coordination with other stakeholders concerned, are making great efforts to deal, without delay, with all grievances and requests made by residents while facilitating procedures. inherent in obtaining authorization for reconstruction.

For his part, Mohamed Tahiri, technician in charge of town planning and construction in the commune of Tidili, assured that post-earthquake reconstruction work in the commune of Tidili is going well.

“The reconstruction work started as planned thanks to the support of the local authorities, the close coordination between the various stakeholders and, above all, the positive interaction of the residents,” he underlined, welcoming the “ excellent working conditions in the douars of Tidili.

Among the residents, optimism is palpable as evidenced by the positive interaction of the population and their determination to contribute to the efforts led by the authorities in order to succeed in the post-earthquake reconstruction project.

Approached by the MAP at the level of the “Tagadirt Nbouazine” douar, in the commune of Tidili, many beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction with the work carried out by the local authorities and other actors to enable them to benefit from all the aid which they could benefit from. are intended.

They also expressed their deep gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the High Concern with which the Sovereign continues to surround the populations affected by the earthquake of September 8.

Remember that in application of the High Royal Directives, the government grants direct financial assistance amounting to 140,000 dirhams for completely collapsed housing and 80,000 dirhams to cover the rehabilitation work on partially collapsed homes.
