Provisional prison decreed for the man arrested for stabbing a young man in Madrigal de la Vera

The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 2 of Navalmoral de la Mata has decreed the provisional prison communicated and without bail for the detainee after allegedly stabbing a young man at the exit of a nightclub in Madrigal de la Vera (Cáceres) in the early morning of last Saturday to Sunday.

The detainee who is being investigated for a crime of attempted homicide has gone to court this morning where he has given a statement.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office has requested his entry into prison as adopted.

The instruction remains open for the full clarification of what happened.
