The judge has agreed to enter pretrial detention, communicated and without bail of the three men accused of raping a young woman in a hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria last Thursday, according to legal sources consulted by laSexta, which state that they are charged with a crime of sexual assault.
On the other hand, the coroner has taken blood samples from the victimwhich have been sent to Tenerife to carry out their toxicological analysis and determine if there was chemical submission.
The National Police arrested the three individualstwo German citizens and one Italian, after the victim, a 21-year-old girl, was reportedly sexually assaulted in a hotel in the Santa Catalina park area of the capital of Gran Canaria.
As they have published local mediathe three detainees, aged 25, 28 and 46, they would have drugged the victim to later rape her in the hotel where they were later arrested, after the young woman went half-naked to the hotel reception in search of help.
