It was with a video message from its former Portuguese legend Pedro Miguel Pauleta, embellished with some of his goals, that Paris SG teased the signing of Gonçalo Ramos (22) on its social networks this Monday evening.
On Sunday, the Parisian club and Benfica had reached an agreement for the arrival of the Portuguese striker in the form of a loan with a compulsory purchase option. This is estimated at 65 million euros and 15 million euros in bonuses. The club confirmed this Monday evening the loan with option to buy until the end of the season.
Gonçalo Ramos arrived in Paris on Monday. He passed his medical examination before signing this loan. Trained at Benfica, where he had been playing since the age of 12, the 1.85m center forward has scored 41 goals and delivered 16 assists in 106 appearances with the Lisbon club (in all competitions), since his debut professionals.

Gonçalo Ramos becomes Paris’ 8th summer signing after defenders Milan Skriniar and Lucas Hernandez, midfielders Manuel Ugarte and Cher Ndour, forwards Marco Asensio and Lee Kang-in and goalkeeper Arnau Tenas.
