There was Qatar, the United States, Japan, South Korea: now there is England. Paris Saint-Germain announced this Monday the opening of a new official store far from French lands, in London. “The Parisian Club is the first non-British sports club to set up in the English capital,” explains the club in a communiquéfaithful to its “strategy of developing a permanent retail network in the largest cities in the world”.

Including the three stores in Qatar, the four stores in Japan (two in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka), the four stores in the United States (New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas) and the one in South Korea (Seoul ), PSG now has 13 stores abroad, obviously not counting those in France. This new London store, which is located on the prestigious Rue d’Oxford, will be, like the American brands, managed in partnership with Lids, leader in the distribution of sports products.
A strategic location, the club specifies in a press release: “The Rouge & Bleu jersey is worn by many British people, particularly the younger generations. The United Kingdom is now the club’s 2nd market in terms of merchandising. »
“London is one of the greatest cultural capitals in the world, it is a unique source of inspiration,” declared Fabien Allègre, historical developer of the PSG brand and Chief Brand Officer of the club. Paris Saint-Germain is very proud to be the first foreign club to take up residence there, and what’s more, in one of the most famous and dynamic shopping avenues. This establishment testifies to the Club’s formidable capacity to deploy its brand wherever football reigns. »
