jpnn.comYOGYAKARTA – League 2 club PSIM Yogyakarta is again recruiting foreign players.
Previously, the club nicknamed Laskar Mataram brought in Brazilian midfielder Pedrinho from Persikabo 1973.
PSIM Jogja team manager Razzi Taruna revealed that the foreign player will arrive in Jogja with Pedrinho.
“Basically, we have got a striker, a foreign player, the plan is to go with Pedrinho,” said Razzi, Wednesday (3/7/2024).
His party is currently busy processing the visas of the two foreign players.
Razzi said the foreign players who will be announced have played in Indonesian competitions.
“I have. As Coach Seto said, all of them have played in Indonesia,” he said.
He hopes that the presence of these foreign players can sharpen PSIM Jogja’s attack line.
Razzi himself admitted that last season PSIM did not have a predatory striker who was hungry for goals. (mcr25/jpnn)
