Anxious news, health problems, loss of a loved one, financial difficulties… It is not always easy to maintain hope in these moments which make us vulnerable. And yet, hope can allow us to regain control and not sink into depression, even depression.
Is there any advice for maintaining hope, a feeling of optimism, when the news or certain events pull us down? How can we explain that some people are more predisposed to hope than others?
