(24News) After the arrests of the top leadership, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to hold a nationwide protest from Friday.
According to the details, a PTI core committee meeting was held in Peshawar in which Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and other central leaders participated and decided to hold a nationwide protest.
According to sources, nationwide protests will begin from Friday and the arrests of PTI leaders will also be condemned on the floor of the Assembly.
On the other hand, during the press conference, PTI leader Salman Akram Raja said that some elements have dominated the political and democratic process of the country. First the law was made and the environment of the meeting cannot be changed so easily. He also said that the idea of attacking people is not acceptable.
It should be noted that the Islamabad Police detained PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar and other leaders yesterday, however, the Chairman PTI was released while the Anti-Terrorism Court gave a safe verdict and ordered physical remand by the police. The plea of 8 days physical remand of the accused has been approved, among the accused are Sher Afzal Marwat, Zain Qureshi, Jamshed Dasti, PTI Chief Whip Aamir Dogar, Naseem Shah and Ahmed Chatta.
