jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Public Prosecutor (JPU) revealed that Harvey Moeis channeled Rp. 3.15 billion in tin corruption case money to his wife, Sandra Dewi.

This statement was delivered by Public Prosecutor Ardito Muwardi in the Jakarta Corruption Crimes Court (Tipikor) trial, Wednesday (14/8).

He said that Harvey Moeis, an extension of PT Refined Bangka Tin, channeled money related to the alleged corruption case in the management of tin commodity trading to Sandra Dewi amounting to IDR 3.15 billion.

The money comes from the cost of securing tin metal processing equipment amounting to 500 United States (US) dollars to 750 US dollars per ton from four private smelters.

“Sandra Dewi, as the defendant’s wife, received IDR 3.15 billion through her account which was transferred from the accounts of PT Quantum Skyline Exchange, Kristiyono, and PT Refined Bangka Tin for the period 2018-2023,” said Ardito Muwardi as reported by Antara.

According to the Public Prosecutor, the money for securing the tin metal processing equipment from the four smelters was recorded as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fee managed by Harvey Moeis on behalf of PT Refined Bangka Tin.

The four smelters in question are CV Venus Inti Perkasa, PT Sariwiguna Binasentosa, PT Stanindo Inti Perkasa, and PT Tinindo Inter Nusa.

Not only to Sandra Dewi’s account, money was also transferred to Harvey Moeis’ account amounting to IDR 47.12 billion.
