I didn’t have dates, I had committed to something else and missed that opportunity. I felt bad, I had signed something else, and so I had no choice. I would really like to work in a film with Shah Rukh Khan. It would be fun.”

Purab Kohli then spoke about the mistake due to which he lost many films. He told that after the success of ‘Rock On’, he started judging his career and films. He said, “After Rock On, I signed lead roles in a few films and then whatever project I was approached for, I started judging whether it was a lead role or a character as strong as KD. I have said no to many films. But if it would have happened again, I would have handled it differently.”

Purab Kohli further said, ‘I don’t regret my decision, because I have said no to some bad films. But maybe I would have done a bad role for the experience of working with someone. But maybe I would have done a bad film for the experience of working with someone. I have said no to some people with whom I really like working. I wish I had worked with them. There are some talented people whom you really respect, and if you get an opportunity you take advantage of it. It will not come again.’ Talking about the professional front, Purab Kohli was last seen in the web series ’36 Days’, which released on OTT platform SonyLiv on July 12.
