According to the IRI Institute, which specializes in the study of consumer data, food prices are soaring. Over one year, they increased by an average of 4.1%, with vertiginous increases for certain foodstuffs. This is the case for meat in the frozen section, at +18.16%. Minced meats in the fresh section increased by 14.56%.
