Bennett and Putin spoke almost simultaneously with a vote at the UN General Assembly condemning Russian aggression. The decision was passed by a huge majority of 141 – including Israel. In Jerusalem, it is estimated that the Russians will contain the Israeli vote that was preceded by an Israeli signature on the decision to support it. According to estimates in Israel, the Russians will restrain the Israeli vote because it is “swallowed up” within the vote of the other countries.
In the afternoon, Bennett and Zlansky talked on the phone.
