Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed again on Monday (4) to deliver free grain to African countries “in the coming weeks”, after the abandonment, in July, of the agreement that allowed Ukraine to export cereals freely. The announcement came shortly after a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who was received by Putin in Sochi, in southwestern Russia.
