Vladimir Putin signed a decree “on special economic measures in connection with unfriendly actions in connection with the unfriendly actions of the United States and foreign states and international organizations that have joined them.”

In particular, in accordance with the decree, exporters must sell 80% of foreign exchange earnings credited from January 1, 2022.
