In a word, we need to make sure that the technologies of the future become available today, serve all citizens of the country, and work to achieve our national development goals. This is precisely the mission of the state, scientists, engineers of innovative business, ”he said.
“Whoever better uses the powerful technological potential in the interests of people, their well-being, in the modern world wins in global competition, and we must be among the leaders here,” the president said.
Putin added that now it is the person, and not the product or service, that is at the center of all economic processes, so the main thing for companies is “to focus all work on the interest and needs of a particular consumer”. The head of state also said that the ongoing transformation affects not only the economic, but also the social sphere and the system of public administration. In this sense, big data and artificial intelligence play a key role, Putin said.
