Mr. Petushenko told the President about the prospects for the construction of new roads in Russia. By 2023, according to him, the Northern Bypass of Tver will be built along the M-11 “Neva” highway connecting Moscow and St. Petersburg. Also in 2024, the M-12 Moscow-Kazan highway will be launched, the issue of labor resources for the construction of which is one of the most difficult.

Today the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said that the priority of the president and the government of Russia is the earliest possible return of inflation to its target zone (4%). The head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina said that in order to fulfill this goal, the regulator will consider a possible increase in the rate from 7.5%. Inflation at the end of 2021 is expected in the range of 7.4-7.9%.
