PYD and YPG are similar as roots, but the EU does not

DEVA Party leader Ali Babacan did not give a clear answer to the PYD/YPG question asked in a program he attended. Babacan, who did not use the definition of a terrorist organization, said that although the PYD and YPG are similar in roots, they are not a terrorist organization defined by the EU and many countries.
