Pyeongchang-gun was selected for the 2021 Han River Basin Environmental Office’s eco-friendly clean business contest and completed an eco-friendly mixed grain production and distribution center with a site area of 6,079㎡ and a building area of 1,707㎡ by investing approximately KRW 5.7 billion in Hangang River Basin Fund and military expenses in Chang-ri, Mitan-myeon. .
The Pyeongchang eco-friendly mixed grain production and distribution center is fully equipped with the facilities necessary for the distribution of mixed grains, including a comprehensive soybean sorting processing facility with a capacity of about 2 tons per hour and low-temperature warehouses (1 building of 42 pyeong, 2 buildings of 36 pyeong, and 2 buildings of 18 pyeong).
In the future, the Pyeongchang eco-friendly mixed grain production and distribution center plans to expand its operation methods, including not only soybean selection but also small packaging of other mixed grains, rental operation of cold storage, and installation of processing facilities.
