Doha: Qatar Ministry of Transport sets geographical boundaries for e-scooters. E-scooters and e-bikes have been temporarily banned in some areas of the country till December 25. E-scooters and e-bikes are temporarily not allowed on the Corniche and around the stadium during the World Cup.
The Transport Ministry has also asked all companies operating or renting e-scooters and e-bikes to obtain a no-objection letter from the Ministry’s Technical Affairs Department to identify geographical boundaries and ensure safety requirements.
