Quality of administrative services: positive perception of households in 2023 (HCP)

In 2023, 54.1% of households perceive an improvement in the quality of administrative services compared to 17.8% who perceive its deterioration, specifies the HCP in its latest information note detailing the results of the permanent economic survey among households.

The balance which summarizes this opinion recorded 36.3 points compared to 36.9 points a year previously, indicates the HCP.

As for the human rights situation, 37% of households compared to 17.3% think that it has improved in 2023. The balance relating to this indicator increased to 19.7 points in 2023 instead of 17 .1 points in 2022.

Furthermore, 49.1% compared to 16.3% of households perceive that the quality of the situation in terms of environmental protection has improved. The balance relating to this indicator thus records 32.8 points instead of 34.4 points in 2022.

Concerning education services, the HCP reveals that 45% compared to 28.1% of households felt a deterioration in their quality in 2023. These proportions were 43.7% and 30.7% respectively in 2022. The balance relating to this indicator went from minus 13 points in 2022 to minus 16.9 points in 2023.

According to the same source, 58.2% of households perceive a deterioration in the quality of health services in 2023 compared to 14.2% who perceive its improvement. The balance relating to this indicator thus rose to minus 44 points compared to minus 48.2 points in 2022.
